If you want to lose weight fast, there is no better way than to lose weight in 3 days. I recommend trying to diet and lose weight at least once a month. However, for those who would like to go on a more intensive program of dieting, the best program would be a calorie deficit.
What are my options for losing weight on a plan?
The best option is to focus on a plan that will work for you. There are countless diets out there that offer a variety of meals and different ways of cooking it. I personally only keep on to my 2 weeks meal plan and do not try to do any other plan. My goal is to get to the point where I can not only go on diet for 3 days but can also do an entire 12 week routine in which I eat a lot of healthy food and don’t over eat the week before the week.
One thing to keep in mind is that eating a lot of fast food doesn’t make it easy. The best way for me to lose weight slowly over time is by eating a variety of foods that are healthy. The diet I am following is low carb with a small amount of cheese. I often get asked how many cheeseburgers a day do I eat while on a diet and I have tried to explain it in as many ways as I can. I have a 6 cheeseburger a week plan. However, to get to the point where I can eat a 6 cheeseburger a day and still lose fat, I have to eat a burger less than once a day.
