It’s very important not to eat meat, dairy and egg products until the diet is changed. Meat and dairy products contain all types of saturated and trans fats that will burn your liver if you eat too much.

To make it easier, just remove all high fat foods like dairy and eggs and add 1 or 2 of the following to your diet:

Protein shake from whole foods that can be found in most supermarkets

Diet drink from a bottle, such as water or milk

Diet food from the supermarket that can be found in most stores (you can make your own or buy the diet drinks).

You may also want to eat the following in addition:

Vegetable smoothies

Brown rice or oatmeal

Rice and pasta

Stuffing and bread

Snacks (corn flakes, raisin crackers, etc)
