How can I practice dance at home? – Best Pole Dance Ever

Dance for pleasure is wonderful and important for those who want to enjoy their lives and live in harmony with nature and the Earth. If you practice dance regularly, please consider going to the dance studio regularly as dancing can be challenging and stressful. The studio is located near the park entrance and is open from 8:00am to 2:00pm. Call before coming for reservations. If you cannot afford a reservation or would like to attend a class, you are welcome to bring two people to an open lesson offered by the studio. Please contact me with questions and I will be happy to schedule a lesson of your choice.

What is the cost of dance?

Please be responsible when you choose a class. Cost is based on class size. If you prefer a full class, please call and I will gladly accommodate that. For groups of 5 or more, I will need your name and number on a list. Each class includes a one hour break in between each class to allow guests to relax and use the restroom and have time for lunch before classes begin again the next day. If you have a group of 8 or more, I will need a list of 7 people showing up for the class on the day before (9:30a-6p, or if you have a large group needing the class, please arrive earlier but still by 6 or 7 to get a table available) and I will require a reservation (by phone or email). If you have a group of 20 or more, I will require you to have the same day reservation and will require the same level of insurance.

Description of flag

From the description given on the official website:

At the time, the “Hillsborough” had no place for a black-red-blue-yellow-green flag which, although commonly flown, was far too simple to denote. There were a number of flag designs that were suggested. This is perhaps the best and most recognisable and popular.
